2009-2010 Physical Information

 Starting on May 1, 2009, all student athletes can go to their local physician and have a physical exam for the 2009 and 2010 school year. Any physical done prior to May 1, 2009, will not be accepted for the 2009/2010 school year. As a reminder, all students must also fill out an emergency medical form, drug testing form, and parent consent form to compete in athletics for the 2009/2010 school year. Paperwork can be picked up in the high school athletic office.
